Shrink wraps are films made from polyolefins, PVC, polypropylene, as well as polyethylene that shrink when heated. Shrink films can be manufactured to either shrink in one direction or shrink in both the directions. They have a wide range of applications in packaging. They can be used to bundle bottles, wrap CDs or DVDs, books and other retail boxes, or be used as an over wrap in carton boxes. Moreover, they are used to protect houses during flooding or protect vehicles during the shipping process.
