Spectra Packaging Ltd. has designed the Pulito series of packaging, which is colorful and catchy for the kids. The packaging is curvy rather than the traditional edgy design, which is quite handy for the children.

Either PET or HDPE can be used to create this type of packaging. Spectra also uses custom molding technique in this packaging so that the clients can pack their products imaginatively to suit their target consumers.

Chobani LLC has introduced form-fill-seal packaging technology for its ‘Tots Greek Yogurt’ product range. The packaging is BPA [bisphenol-A] free and is not harmful if the kids munch or lick the packaging unintentionally.

The form-fill-seal technology ensures freshness of the yogurt for at least two weeks in normal storage and more when stored in deep-refrigeration. Plus, the outer packaging has colorful graffiti for the child to notice.

The Cereal-Superhero Packaging

This packaging is designed by Noora Kumpulainen and Meri Miinalainen as part of their thesis and was shortlisted in ‘Recreate Packaging’ contest organized by STORAENSO.

It is a wearable packaging and uses Clarifoil for eye-window. After the kid finishes the cereal, he can use this packaging as a mask.

The presenters chose Clarifoil since it is made from PEFC (The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified wood pulp and is biodegradable.
